Refund Policy

At Anaprinta, each product is custom-printed with care according to your chosen design and specifications. As all our products are made-to-order, we only offer refunds in specific cases outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund will be issued only if:

  • The product received is defective or damaged.

  • The wrong item, design, or size was delivered.

  • The print quality is significantly different from what was shown or approved.

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@anaprinta.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

2. Refund Process

Once your claim is verified and approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Custom-printed products without defects.

  • Incorrect size or design chosen by the customer.

  • Orders canceled after the printing process has started.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before printing begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled or changed.
