Refund Policy

At Anaprinta, each product is custom-printed with care according to your chosen design and specifications. As all our products are made-to-order, we only offer refunds in specific cases outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Refund
A refund will be issued only if:
The product received is defective or damaged.
The wrong item, design, or size was delivered.
The print quality is significantly different from what was shown or approved.
If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@anaprinta.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
2. Refund Process
Once your claim is verified and approved:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Custom-printed products without defects.
Incorrect size or design chosen by the customer.
Orders canceled after the printing process has started.
Gift cards or promotional items.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before printing begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled or changed.
